How paying works
- Click Pay £19 and RecoverPaddle's checkout opens in your browser. You can pay with Google Pay, PayPal or card, and with Apple Pay on a Mac. Card details are never entered in the app.
- Complete the paymentThe app shows “Waiting for payment…” while you pay.
- Go back to the appAs soon as the payment is confirmed, recovery starts.
Why it is tied to one card
Your receipt carries the card's serial number, an order ID and dates, so the app can unlock that card even when you are offline. It carries no file names or contents.
The 7 days are for scanning and recovering again from the same card. Files you have already recovered are yours to keep.
You don't need an account to pay. If you create one, you can see your purchases and invoices and restore a purchase on another computer.
