Data Recovery ProYou never need an account to scan, preview or pay. An account lets you:
- see your purchases and download invoices,
- restore a purchase on another computer,
- follow your support tickets in one place.
Sign in with an email code
- Go to your accountOpen your account page, or in the app click Sign in under Account in the sidebar.
- Enter your email addressUse the one you paid with, so your purchases are linked.
- Enter the 6-digit codeWe email you a code. Type it in to sign in. There is no password to remember.
Signing in for the first time creates the account. Purchases already made with that email are added automatically.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the address is spelt correctly, then ask for a new code.
Sign in with Apple or Google
This isn't available yet. For now, sign in with the email code.
